SMS / Text Messages

If you provide verbal consent during a phone call with our AI leasing assistant, we may send you a single transactional SMS containing a sign-up link to confirm a tour you booked on the call. We never sell, rent, or share phone numbers collected during these calls with third parties for marketing. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message; we will stop sending further texts. Reply HELP or INFO to receive support contact information. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. We do not run promotional or recurring SMS campaigns; outbound messages are limited to the transactional follow-up described above.
